摘要
以竞技体育的可持续发展为切入点,以黑龙江省排球竞技后备人才的培养现状为主要研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查、面谈访问等研究方法,并结合国内外排球竞技后备人才培养方面的文献资料对黑龙江省排球后备力量的现状进行了综合分析和可持续发展研究.为促进黑龙江省排球竞技后备人才培养和排球运动的持续发展提供一些参考.
Based sustainable development of sports as a point of penetration, taken the cultivation actuality of reserve volleyball athletic talent Heilongjiang Province as the main subjects, and combined the cultivation literature domestic and international volleyball reserve forces, the volleyball reserve forces of Heilongjiang is comprehensive analyzed, and the sustainable development is studied. The literature -material, questionnaire survey, visit interviews and other methods are used in this paper. The studies provide some information for promoting cultivation of competitive volleyball reserve forces Heilongjiang Province and the sustainable development of volleyball sports.
