摘要
高等教育是新知识、新技能和新思想的源泉,建设创新型国家所面临的各种问题都与之相关。为了实施自主创新战略、保证创新成果的产出,我国高等教育需要从以下方面改进工作,即深刻认识高等教育在国家知识创新系统中的核心作用;促进基础研究与应用研究相结合;注重自主创新中的分工与合作;改革高校科研管理。
Higher education is the source of new knowledge, new technology and new ideas, which is involved with many issues in the construction of innovative nation. In order to implement new strategies of autonomous innovation and ensure the products of innovation, the following points must be paid attention to： fully realizing the key role played by higher education in the system of the national knowledge innovation; promoting the integration of basic re- search and application research; emphasizing the work division and cooperation in the autonomous innovation; reforming the management of scientific research in universities.
