摘要
门诊服务系数与门诊病人满意度成正相关,但我国医院目前的该系数值不容乐观,在门诊调查中我们发现以前所提到的三长一短现象在目前发生了改变,医技科室的辅助检查等候时间及等待辅助检查结果的时间增加了病人在医院的总时长,结合电查的其他指标,提出了有效分流病人、控制辅助检查、提高辅助检查工作效率、重组门诊业务流程等方法。
The outpatient service coefficient is being connected outpatient's degree of satisfaction, at present ,the outpatient service coefficient in hospital is not satisfaction to us,in the outpatient service investigation we discovered the old phenomenon has had been changed, the medical technique administrative offices assistance inspection waiting time and the waiting assistance inspection result time increased the patient's time in the hospital,The union eXectricity Xooks up other targets, proposed effectively diverges the patient, the controX assistance inspection, theenhancement assistance inspection working efficiency, method and so onreorganization outpatient service service flow.
