摘要
种子处理设备的研发促进了我国农业生产现代化的发展。测量和控制农业生产中的种子含水率是发展中的一个重要课题。本文研制的系统采用电容、重力和温度传感电路采集数据,通过A/D转换器转换为数字式输出,通过数据融合的方法对多传感器得到的数据进行处理和分析。使用Matlab工具箱进行编程仿真,优选出数据融合方法后编制单片机程序写入单片机对机械系统进行控制。
The research and development of seed processing machinery conform to the progress of the agriculture modernization in our country. Measuring system of seed moisture content is one of important parts. The system contains thermal,weight and capacitance transducers, which are output in digital form after A/D converter. The data fusion methods are used to analyze and process the data information from transducers. At last, it uses Matlab tools to apply the better arithmetic into processing, and programs in singlechip to control the machine system.
