摘要 利用Pro/MECHANICA对带式输送机传动滚筒建立有限元模型,分析计算传动滚筒强度。这种方法避免了不同软件间数据转换过程中的缺点,实现了三维实体建模和后期仿真分析的无缝集成,缩短了产品设计周期,提高了产品质量和可靠性。为解决复杂的结构分析题目提供新途径。 A finite element model for the driving drum of the belt conveyor was established with Pro/MECHANICA to analyze and calculate the strength of the driving drum. This model can avoid the disadvantages of the data transfer between the different software. The model can build a 3D substance model and have a seamless integration for the later simulation analysis, which could reduce the product design period and improve the quality and reliability of the product. This model had provided the new access to solve the complicated structure analysis program.
