摘要
目的采用正交试验法优选生地水提工艺,方法采用L9(34)正交试验表,经752可见-紫外分光光度法测定正交样品中生地多糖含量及浸出物含量,考察加水量、煎煮时间、提取次数等因素的不同水平对提取效率的影响。结果经过方差分析,得出最佳水提工艺条件为:每次加10倍量水煎煮两次,每次1小时。结论优选生地水提工艺简便易行,有良好的可操作性。
Objective To optimize the preparation Process of rehmannia. Methods Determining content ofpolysaccharide by orthogonal experiment with 752 vis-UV spectrophotometer. Chosen Orthogonal table L9(34) in the experiment of extracting in water, to research the effect of polysaccharide content from technological parameterS(example water volum, extraction times, the time of extraction etc).Results Through the analysis of the variance the best producing technology as follows: soaking 1 hour , adding 10 times amount, decocting for 2 times, 1 hours each time.Condusion The optimized preparation Process is simple and practicable.
