腓肠内侧动脉穿支皮瓣修复髌前软组织缺损

摘要 1资料与方法 1．1一般资料本组6例，男4例，女2例；年龄24-48岁，平均32岁；均为外伤性髌前软组织缺损，伴骨或肌腱外露，其中2例伴有髌骨骨折，1例伴跖骨骨折。致伤原因：交通伤3例，机械伤2例，重物砸伤1例。缺损部位：髌前4例，前下和前内侧各1例。左侧2例，右侧4例。手术时机：5例为急性创伤，4例急诊手术修复，1例因局部污染较重，于清创术后8天，
