36例乳腺癌患者术后护理及健康教育

Postoperative nursing care and health instruceion in thirty patients with breast cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌患者术后护理及健康教育，提高护理质毓。方法术后加强病情观察，呼吸道管理及功能锻炼；出院重点指导坚持锻炼，营养定期复查和化疗。结果36例患者均痊愈出院无护理并发症发生。结论有效的术质护理及健康教育是手术成功的重要因素之一，应根据患者的病情及心理特点，采取有针对性的护理措施及健康教育，提高患者的生存质量。

Objective To investigate postoperative nursing care and health in struction in patients with breast cancer And to improve quality of care.Methods After operation, strengthen the observation of patients condition, the administration of respiratory tract and functional exercrcise; When discharged emphasis perseverance of exercise, nutrional suppopt , periodic re-examination and chemotherapy healed. Results An thirty-six patients healed when they were discharged, without complication of nursing care.Conclusions Effective post operative nursing care and health instruction is one of the important factors of perfect operation using corresponding methods of nursing and health instruction, based on the psychologi feature and patients＇condition.
