摘要 介绍了天津钢管公司150 t交流电弧炉将变压器扩容至100 MV.A的工程实践,根据原有90 MV.A变压器的电弧炉炼钢电气运行的结果和经验,提出了超大容量变压器的电弧炉炼钢电气运行研究的流程为热试车前模拟研究、热试车研究、炼钢过程实际电气运行研究和生产运行研究。研究表明:考虑变压器的外特性的影响,在具体负载下输出的二次电压不能简单地以阻抗电压百分数来折算,应该以实测的电气运行参数为依据来设定电弧阻抗值。生产运行结果表明,100 MV.A变压器运行良好,冶炼电耗降低5 kW.h/t,冶炼周期缩短2 min。 The practice of increasing transformer capability to 100 MV · A of 150 t AC EAF at Tianjin Pipe Group Co. Ltd is introduced. Based on the experience of EAF operated with original 90 MV · A transformer a program of studying EAF steelmaking with transformer of higher capacity was suggested. The program included four steps: the simulation study before hot trial run,the hot trial run, the study of power schedule for actual steelmaking and the study of normal production. The results show,that secondary voltage of transformer must be measured and the impedance must be set according to the measured operation parameters. The power consumption was reduced by 5 kW · h/t and tap to tap time was reduced by 2 min after replacing 90 MV ·A transformer by 100 MV · A transformer.
