摘要
钢板厚度方向上的温度分布直接影响钢板的性能和板形。采用现场数据进行了钢板冷却温降过程模拟计算,对比了连续冷却和间歇冷却条件下钢板厚向温度分布,建立了上下水量比线性回归模型并给出连续冷却和间歇冷却方式下的水量比值。通过采用分段排布集管、间歇冷却、合理选择水量比等温度均匀控制方法控制钢板厚度方向和上下表面的温度分布均匀,将钢板厚向温度均匀控制方法应用到国内某中厚板生产线,提高了钢板的质量和经济效益。
The temperature distribution in the plate along the thickness affects directly the performance and the shape of the plate. The temperature drop during cooling was simulated using field data, and temperature distribution along the fhickness under the conditions of continuous and interval cooling was compared, the linear regression model for water flowrate ratio was established and rational water flowrate ratio of continuous cooling and interval cooling mode was established. By rational pipe arrangement, interval cooling, and optimized water flowrate the temperature of plate can be controlled to obtain uniform temperature distribution on upper and bottom sufaces and along thickness. Such method was applied to a plate production line, and the quality of the plates was improved.
