中西医结合治疗高血压性视网膜病变疗效观察

The effect of hypertensive retinopathy treated with Chinese traditional medicine combined with western medicine

目的评价中西医疗法对高血压性视网膜病变的疗效。方法回顾性分析高血压性视网膜病变80例，以中谣医结合中医辨证施治方法及西医治疗方法治疗，中西医结合组共40例，西医治疗组40例。比较两组疗效。结果总显效率中西医结合组为97．5％，西医组为75．0％，两组显效率差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。结论中西医结合治疗较单纯西医治疗为优。

Objective TO evaluate the effect of Chinese traditional therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of hypertensive retinopathy Methods 80 eyes parents with simple diabetic retinopathy were treated with two therapeuhc rebind One was mainly Chinese traditional dialectie therapy combined with western medieine the other was western medioal treatment using mainly cortscosetoid. Results The group treated with combined methods showed an effective rate of 97.5% the group lrealed only with westen medicine showed 75.0% effective rate （p〈0.01） there is signiticatd difference between two methods. Conclusion it shows the Chinese traditional dialectic therapy combined with western medicine is better than solely western medical treatment.
