X线平片与多层螺旋CT诊断肋骨骨折结果的对比分析

X-ray and multilayer spiral CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture Comparative Analysis of the results

目的比较X线平片与多层螺旋CT对肋骨骨折诊断结果的准确率。方法对160例肋骨骨折患者X线平片与多层螺旋CT结果，并进行对比分析。结果160例患者，总计251处肋骨骨折，多层螺旋CT诊断符合率100％：X线平片检查共发现明确肋骨骨折169处，检出率为67．3％，漏诊率为33．7％。结论多层螺旋CT能有效地避免X线平片和常规CT的不足，降低了漏诊率，为患者治疗方案的选择，提供了可靠的诊断依据。

Objective Comparison of X-ray and multi-slice CT in the diagnosis of rib fracture rate of accuracy.
