170例宫颈糜烂红外线治疗临床观察

Clinical Observation on Infrared Therapy for Cervical Erosion of 170 Cases

目的观察采用RS-5A红外线治疗仪，治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法患者取截石位暴露宫颈消毒后，根据糜烂程度，将无菌照射机头轻轻伴入阴道内，距糜烂面约0．5CM均匀垂直照射一定时间（视糜烂程而定），然后上药，术后40天-50天后复查。结果170例中1次治愈者达89.92％（152／170），2次治愈18人，总治愈率达100％；经2次治疗者均为糜烂型Ⅲ＊并宫颈肥大，且经1次治疗后已从Ⅲ＊转化为Ⅰ＊后痊愈。结论RS-5A红外线治疗仪，治疗宫颈糜烂效果好，一次治愈率高。对于出血多者，加服维生素，安络血，或直接在创面上凝血酶或添纱压迫，必要时是适当使用抗生索。

Objective To observe the effect of RS-5A infrared therapy apparatus in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods After the disinfection of cervix, the sterile irradiation head was inserted into vaginal away from 0.5cm of erosion surface for a certain time according to the erosion level and then applied drug. The patients were reexamined in 40-50 days. Results In 170 cases, 89.92% （152/170） were treated only once. 18 patients were treated 2 times; the total cure rate was 100%. The patients who were treated 2 times were type Ⅲ erosion complicated with cervical hypertrophy, and after treated for the first time, the type Ⅲ erosion was turned into type Ⅰ erosion. Conclusions RS-5A infrared therapy apparatus has good effect in treating cervical erosion with a high cure rate. For patients who have heavy bleeding, vitamin and Adrenobazon should be used or apply thrombin and gauze for compression. The antibiotics can be used if necessary.
