我国科技型上市公司的创新性

The Analysis of Innovation of Chinese Scientic&Technologic Listed Companies

本文制定了科技型上市公司的筛选标准,给出了评价科技型上市公司创新性的指标体系,并采用加权赋值法,对选出的2005年我国105家科技型上市公司的创新性进行了研究。研究发现,我国科技型上市公司的创新性具有比较明显的行业、地域和上市场所特征。而且,建有正式研发机构和规模大的科技型上市公司的创新性整体上强,但是具有国家高新技术企业证书的企业与没有高新技术企业证书的企业的创新性差别却很小。

in this paper a standard and process for defining scientic＆technologic listed company is made, and an index system is given to evaluate the innovation of scientic＆technologic listed companies, and an weighted value is given to investigate the innovation character of Chinese scientic＆technologic listed companies whose sample is 105.The research result show that the innovation of Chinese scientic＆technologic listed companies has evident character of industry,district and stock market; in addition, the innovation of scientic＆technologic listed companies with formal R＆D Institute and large assert is better, but the difference between the enterprises with High-Technology certificate and without High-Technology certificate in innovation is a little.
