中国经济持续快速、协调、健康地发展必将继续给国际社会带来更多的机遇,形成更多的利益共同体和利害共同体。中国作为一个负责任的大国,要通过改变自己来影响世界,造福于世界。国家发展了,综合国力增强了,广大人民群众的日子就更加好过了,也就打牢了国内稳定的基石;同时,中国要和平发展,还需要处理好外部关系,尤其是处理好中美关系、中日关系和中俄关系,一个和平发展的中国,一个负责任的中国,必然会对当代国际秩序和世界格局产生较大影响,这种影响是正面的,积极的,在总体上是有利于国际社会和人类发展的进步事业的。

Being a responsible country, China will first strive for a stable and peaceful environment at home, building up its national power, and making its people to live a wealthy life.
