摘要
高层建筑基础一般埋置较深,基础开挖后对邻近的高层建筑地基会有一定的影响。结合工程实例,通过对不同阶段的基础进行受力分析,从多方面论证了新建建筑基坑开挖后对邻近建筑产生的各种影响以及解决对策。
High-rise buildings always have deep foundation. When excavating these foundations, they will influence adjacent high-rise buildings foundation. Based on actual project, the author discussed influences of new constructed foundation excavation to neighbor buildings to propose corresponding countermeasures by analyzing foundation stress in different stages.
