关节镜技术在化脓性膝关节炎治疗中的应用

Treatment of suppurative knee arthritis with arthroscopy

目的探讨应用关节镜下膝关节清理加置管持续冲洗术治疗化脓性膝关节炎的疗效。方法应用关节镜下膝关节清理加置管持续冲洗术治疗14例化脓性膝关节炎患者。结果14例均获随访,时间为12-18个月。患者均治愈,无复发。根据HSS评分标准评价膝关节功能：优11例,良2例,中1例。结论关节镜下膝关节清理加置管持续冲洗术是治疗化脓性膝关节炎的有效方法,具有损伤小,恢复快,膝关节功能恢复好的优点。

Objective To investigate the effect of arthroscopy debridement and irrigation on treating suppurative knee arthritis. Methods Fourteen cases with suppurative knee arthritis were treated by debrideinent under arthroscopy and persistently irrigation after operation. Results All cases were followed up for 12 - 18 months. 13 knees achieved the normal extension and more than 120 degree of flexion in 8 weeks postoperatively. According to the HSS, the results were excellent in 11 cases, good in 2 and fair in 1. Conclusions Debridement and irrigation under arthroscopy combined with early function exercises is an ideal therapeutic method for suppurative knee arthritis with the advantages of less invasion and better recovery.
