摘要
对金昌市国槐、沙枣、新疆杨和圆柏进行了PV曲线主要水分状况参数的测定;从叶水势、相对水分亏缺、束缚水含量、束水比及细胞弹性模量的测算结果分析了树种的抗旱特性:圆柏和国槐是以较坚硬的细胞壁保存体内水分,维持高水势的膨压,以低的水分亏缺及高的束缚水含量与束水比的方式完成生命过程的;沙枣和新疆杨是以柔软具弹性的细胞壁在低水势下保持膨压,以低束缚水含量、低的束水比和高的水分亏缺方式完成其生命过程的。从综合抗旱性指数的测算结果得出的抗旱性排序为:圆柏>国槐>沙枣>新疆杨。
Through determining the leaf water pressure, water deficiency, bound water quantity and its ratio and the elastic modulus of cells, the nature of drought resistance of 4 trees was comprehensively analysed with PV technology. The results showed that Sabina and Chinese scholartree have hard cell wall, higher water pressure, lower water deficiency, higher bound water and ratio; and Narrow-leaved oleaster and Taklimakan poplar have soft and elastic cell wall, lower water pressure, higher water deficiency, lower bound water and ratio. The comprehensive indicators suggested the order of drought-resistance of these trees: Sabina>Chinese scholartree>Narrow-leaved oleaster>Taklimakan poplar .
