超声检查评价糖尿病患者左室肥厚与颈动脉缓冲功能的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究糖尿病(DM)患者左室肥厚(LVH)与颈动脉缓冲功能的关系。方法超声心动图检查70例DM患者和35例正常人,分为LVH组和非LVH组,测定受检者颈动脉的弹性系数(Eρ)、僵硬度(β)与顺应性(AC),评价颈动脉缓冲功能。结果LVH组和非LVH组DM患者的Ep、β较对照组增大,且LVH组较非LVH组增大(P<0.05);LVH组和非LVH组DM患者的AC较对照组减小,且LVH组较非LVH组减小(P<0.05)。DM患者左室质量指数与Ep和β呈正相关,与AC呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论DM患者LVH与颈动脉缓冲功能受损相关,动脉缓冲功能受损可能是导致DM患者LVH的重要因素之一。 Objective To investigate the relationship between left ventricular hypertrophy and carotid artery function in diabetic patients by ultrasonography. Methods A total of 70 diabetic patients and 35 healthy subjects underwent high - resolution ultrasonography to detect carotid artery buffering function. Results Ep and β in diabetic patients were higher than that of in control group ( P 〈 0.05). AC in diabetic patients was lower than that in control group( P 〈 0.05). Ep and β was increased and AC was decreased more seriously in diabetes patients with LVH than that in diabetes patients without LVH. There was positive correlations between left ventricular mass index(LVMI) and Ep,β, there was positive correlations between LVMI and AC. Conclusion Left ventrictdar hypertrophy relates with carotid artery buffering dysfunction in diabetes patients. Tile carotid artery buffering dysfunction might play an important role in development and progression of left ventrictdar hypertrophy in diabetes patients.
