心理实验是《体育心理学》课程教学内容的重要组成部分,对培养学生的动手能力、思维方式、分析解决问题的能力以及创新意识都有着不可替代的作用。本文从明确心理实验教学的意义,改革心理实验教学内容和方法,完善心理实验考试制度和实验室管理体制,加强心理学理论与实践的结合等方面进行思考和探索,以期推进《体育心理学》实验教学改革,提高实验教学质量。

Psychological experiment, the main component of the teaching contents of Sports Psychology, is of irreplaceable position for training and developing students＇hands - on skill, pattern of thought, ability to analyze and solve problems and innovative mind. This paper reflects and explores the aspects of realizing the significance of psychological experiment teaching, reforming the teaching contents and methods, perfecting the psychological experiment test system and laboratory management system and strengthening the combination of psychological theory and practice. The main purpose is to promote the reform of the experimental teaching of sports psychology and improve the quality of experimental teaching.
