摘要
实行学历证书和职业资格证书"双证"制度,是培养理论水平高、实践能力强的复合型人才的重要举措,能促进教育与市场需求相接轨。对高校社会体育专业推行"双证"制度人才培养模式的转变,课程体系的设置,教学内容的重组和师资建设提出了具体的改革措施。
The bi - certificate systems of academic certificate and professional qualifications certificate is a strategy to cultivate college students into compound talent with plenty of theories and ability in practice and to promote the connection between the education and market demand. Furthermore, this paper proposes some re- form methods for transforming talent - cultivating model, designing curric.ulum system, reorganizing teaching contents and cultivating of teachers＇ team.
