河南省高职院校体育师资队伍现状及发展对策研究

Study on Current Condition and Development of Sport Teacher in Higher Vocational Colleges in Henan Province

运用文献法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、比较分析法,对河南省高职院校体育教师队伍现状的年龄、职称、学历、科研、思想状况进行了调查。结果表明:河南省高职院校体育教师数量严重不足;年龄结构基本合理;学历、职称偏低;科研能力较差;职业稳定性强。

Through using the method of literature, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and comparative analysis, this paper makes investigation on age, professional title, academic condition and scientific research of sport teacher in higher vocational colleges. The result shows that the sport teachers in higher vocational colleges are far of shortage, the age structure is reasonable, academic condition and professional title is low.
