从期刊涨价谈图书室对应措施

ON THE MEASURE OF LIBRARY MANAGEMENT CORRESPONDING TO THE PERIODICAL RISING IN PRICE

通过对本图书室采购的１９９１～１９９７年中、外文期刊价格上涨的调查分析，运用表格、图形直观具体地展示了７年中期刊价格的涨价情况。同时较客观地分析了期刊价格的涨价因素以及面临的困难。进而，提出了解决困难的三点措施：一是增加图书购置费的投入；第二，靠挖掘图书室内部潜力；第三，利用现代化手段，开展馆际互借，实现文献资源共享。

Based on investigation into the rising in price of Chinese and foreign periodical purchased by our library room from 1991 to 1997,the situation of rising in price of the periodical during the seven years has been shown specifically and directly with tables and figures.Besides,the factors involved in the periodical rising in price and the faced difficulties have been objectively analysed,and then three measures which cope with the difficulties have been put forward as follows;firstly,to increase the investment of purchasing cost for book and periodical;secondly,to tap the interior potentialities of the library room;thirdly,to use the modernized means to conduct exchanges among the libraries and share the literature resources.
