摘要
目的:探讨体外培养条件下,涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞系SACC-83条件培养基对鸡胚背根神经节突起生长的影响。方法:收集涎腺腺样囊性癌细胞系SACC-83 24h条件培养基,与鸡胚背根神经节进行共培养,观察神经节神经元细胞突起的生长。结果:培养36h观察发现,SACC-83条件培养基有明显的促神经节突起生长的作用,与对照组相比差异显著。结论:SACC-83条件培养基促神经节突起生长的作用可能与该细胞分泌神经营养活性物质有关。
Objective: To explore the effect of conditioned medium fi'om SACC-83 on the outgrowth of neuronal processes from dorsal root ganglia (DRG) in vitro. Methods: To cuhure DRG with conditioned medium fi'om SACC-83 and observe the outgrowth of neuronal processes from DRG. Results: After 36 hours' observation, SACC-83 group had significantly embodied promotive effect on the outgrowth of neuronal processes in contrast to control groups. Conclusion: Conditioned medium from SACC-83 has effect of stimulating the outgrowth of neuronal processes and the effect probably is related to the neurotrophic factors it produced.
