摘要
《热电联产和煤矸石综合利用发电项目建设管理暂行规定》颁布实施后,一些部门将小火电与热电联产、资源综合利用混为一谈。热电联产受供热半径限制,不能片面强调规模,应因地制宜建设适度规模的项目来提高资源的总体利用效率。化工园区的供热机组,建议以50～100MW为主。
Based on newly issued provision on power supply project management of co-generation and coal gangue comprehensive utilization, to introduce the features among small-sized power plant and co-generation, comprehensive utilization of resources. To present that construction project scale should be in accordance with local conditions and make fully consideration of co-generation limitation so that to increase resource utilization rate. To make suggestion that 50-100 MW heat supply units are suitable used in Chemical Park.
