摘要
通过对23MVA内燃式电石炉工艺改进,达到了节电目的。所采取的措施包括:改进小焦投料方式,小焦与兰炭质量比;控制石灰生产质量;提高炉料电阻;稳定生产负荷;控制炉面温度等。电石生产成本降低220.75万元/a。
To introduce the electricity saving measures though process innovation of 23MVA internal combustion Ca2C furnace. The production cost is decreased 2 207.5 thousand Yuan per year. The measures are as follows： to decrease the size of coke, to regulate quality ratio of input stuff, to control the quantity of CaO product, increase resistance of furnace stuff, to stabilize production load and control furnace temperature etc.
