摘要
国内外的经验都表明,一所大学办得好坏,很大程度上与校长的领导有着密切的关系。一个称职的大学校长,要有自己独特的办学理念,其决策之正确是办好大学的关键。要做心无旁骛、专心致志治校的职业校长,还应掌握科学的领导工作方法。
Experience from home and abroad indicates that a university being good or not depends on presidents＇ leading. A competent university president should have his own parti-cular ideas of running universities. His decision being right or not is the key to run university well or not. To be vocational to bone up on running university, presidents should master scientific leading methods.
