番石榴叶治疗2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的分子机制研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:研究番石榴叶水煎剂对2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素降解酶基因mRNA表达的影响。方法:随机选取以不同剂量的番石榴叶水煎剂灌胃的2型糖尿病大鼠、以安慰剂灌胃的2型糖尿病大鼠、以及正常对照各10只,用RT-PCR法测定肝细胞胰岛素降解酶基因mRNA的表达。结果:服用番石榴叶后,2型糖尿病大鼠的胰岛素降解酶基因mRNA的表达下降,而服用安慰剂的糖尿病大鼠上述指标无显著变化。结论:番石榴叶能降低2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素降解酶基因的表达。 Objective:To study the effects of Guajava leaf decoction on mRNA expression insulin -degrading enzyme (IDE) of experimental rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: mRNA Expression of IDE was deter-mined by RT-PCR in 10 rats model of type 2 diabetes mellitus being treated with Guajava leaf decoction, 10 diabetic rats laking placebo and 10 normal subjects. Results :Guajava leaf decoction caused a decrease in mRNA expression of IDE. No change of the index was observed in diabetic rats with placebo. Conclusion Guajava leaf decoction can re- duced the mRNA expression of IDE of rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus.
