摘要
目的:探讨在雷赛(lasersite)LSX型准分子激光治疗仪上应用交叉柱镜法矫正中、高度散光的疗效和稳定性.方法:应用法国MoriaM2角膜板层刀制作角膜瓣,雷赛LSX型准分子激光治疗仪进行激光切削。治疗组46眼,采用交叉柱镜法。对照组43眼采用常规切削方法,即按照验光复验度数一次切削。对照2种方法术后1天、6个月时达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力上一行的眼数,并做统计学分析。结果:所有手术患者术后裸眼视力均较术前有明显提高,术后1天,治疗组裸眼视力达到或超过术前最佳矫正视力上一行的眼数为42眼(91.30%),对照组39眼(90.70%),P>0.05,无显著性差异;术后6月分别为:治疗组40眼(86.96%),对照组30眼(69.77%),P<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:在雷赛LSX型准分子激光治疗仪上应用交叉柱镜法矫正中、高度散光具有良好的可预测性及相对更好的稳定性,值得推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the efficacy and stability of crossed cylinder lens method for moderate and higher myopic astigmatism treatment,which is applied to laser in situ ker- atomileursis. Methods: A nonrandomized study of 89 cases with moderate and higher myopic astigmatism was undertaken. Forty - six cases were treated with LASIK and Forty -three cases treated with regular ablation. In LASIK group,we use the crossed cylinder lens method. In control group ,we cut once. Eyes which reach or exceed the line higher than the best corrected visual acuity (BC -VA) were measured one week postoperatively and six months postoperatively. Results:The naked visual acuity at 1 week was better than the initial visit in 42 of 46 eyes(91.30% ) and 39 of 43 eyes(90.7% ) ( P 〉 0.05) ;6 months after surgery the eyes were 40(86.96% )and 30(69.77% ) (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion:For moderate and higher myopic astigmatism, crossed cylinder lens method which is applied to LASIK provides better predictability and stability and is worthy of generalizating and applying.
