摘要
中国的饮食文化源远流长、丰富多彩,流行于西北高原的民间"花馍"面食品就是这一文化的典型代表,它伴随百姓生活而生,依附民俗风情而传承,虽然是一种寄存在舌尖上的地域文化,但从中折射出的中国传统民族文化精神和审美思想是激励我们文化创新的不竭源泉。
China has a long and colourful food culture.iColoured steamed bread’ popular in the plateau of Northwest China is a typical repersentative. It was born with peoplei-s daily life, and carried on with folk customs. Although it is a local culture clinging to tongue, the Chi-nese traditional folk cultural spirit and aesthetics it reflects are the inexhaustible wellhead that encourage our culture to renovate continously.
