谈高等职业院校音乐教师的基本素质

ON the Basic Qualities of Music Teachers in Higher Vocational Institutions

随着我国高等职业教育整体形势的迅猛发展,加之国家大力提倡重视大学生的全面发展,因而,各高等职业院校非音乐专业音乐选修课的开课率也不断提高,高等职业院校(以下简称"高职高专")的普通音乐教育日益受到人们的关注。本文通过笔者自身的教学积累和教学探索论述了要当好一名合格的高职高专音乐教师必须具备四个方面的基本素质,即:珍爱自己所任教的学科,增强服务育人的思想,完善健全教师的人格魅力,提高自身的综合素质与实践能力。

Nowadays, the government places an emphasis on the all-round development of the college students. With the rapid development of the higher vocational education, the students who attend the selective music courses become more and more. Common music education in higher vocational institutions becomes more and more important. Based on the teaching experience, the author points out the fact that a qualified music teacher in higher vocational institutions should have four prerequisite qualities.
