摘要
人文素质是其他素质与能力的基础。目前,许多一线音乐教师与在读的音乐教育专业学生的人文素质均不容乐观。本文从教育观念、专业理念、教师素质、课程设置、课堂教学、校园文化以及教育实践等方面展开讨论,认为音乐教育专业学生人文素质的培养需要教与学双方在意识形态、学科横向联系及教育实践能力的培养上取得共识。只有将人文素质贯穿于教育教学的各个环节,才能培养出具有较高人文素质的师资。
Humanistic quality is the base of other qualities and abilities. At present, lots of music teachers and music education majors lack humanistic quality. The author probes into the ways of cultivating the teachers with high humanistic quality from education notion, major opinion, teachers'quality, curriculum setting, class teaching, campus culture and teaching practise. In order to realize the cultivation object, at one hand, educators and learners should get consistence in ideology, subiect contact and the training of teaching practise, at the other hand, humanistic quality should be practiced in every teaching tache.
