摘要
目的检测非小细胞肺癌(non-small cell lung carcinoma,NSCLC)中凋亡相关蛋白与神经内分泌(neuroendocrine,NE)分化的表达,探讨其相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学染色方法,检测NSCLC组织中survivin,bcl-2蛋白与NSE、Syn及CgA等蛋白的表达,并进行相关性作统计学分析。结果113例NSCLC中,survivin、bcl-2阳性表达率分别为88.5%、58.4%;NSE、Syn和CgA蛋白阳性表达率分别为53.6%、6.2%和26.5%。伴NE分化者占21.2%,其survivin蛋白表达明显高于不伴NE分化组,差异有统计学意义。结论survivin、bcl-2蛋白表达上调可能在NSCLC发生发展中起重要作用。伴NE分化的NSCLC与表达阴性者相比,以survivin为代表的抗凋亡能力明显增强。
Purpose To evaluate the espression of neuroendocrine ( NE ) lung carcinoma (NSCLC) and to explore their relationship. Methods markers and some apoptosis-associated proteins in non-small cell 113 cases of NSCLC were reviewed for subclassification. The immunohistochemical (IHC) methods were used to detect the expression of survivin, bcl-2, NSE, Syn and CgA. The results were analyzed with statistical methods. Results 100 tumours (88. 5% ) showed immunoreactivity for survivin and 66 (58.4%) for bcl-2. 61 (53.6%) cases revealed IHC reactivity for NSE, 7 (6. 2% ) for Syn and 30 (26. 5% ) for CgA. Positivity for either NE marker was identified in 24 (21.2%) samples. In those NSCLC with NE differentiation, there was remarkable higher expression of survivin protein. Conclusions Survivin and bcl-2 protein are important factors correlated with the pathogenesis and development of NSCLC. NSCLC with NE differentiation has obviously higher anti-apoptosis effects as represented by survivin protein.
