在《中华人民共和国环境影响评价法》实施的背景下,为提高对规划环境影响评价的认识,介绍了规划环境影响评价的概念及研究现状。结合福州市正在开展的新一轮总体规划,强调了福州市开展规划环境影响评价的必要性、主要方法及任务。不仅可以促进福州市的可持续发展,也为我国其他城市开展规划环境评价提供参考。

The Environment Influence Assessment Act of China has taken effect since September 1, 2003, in which environment influence assessment of planning is integrated in the content of environment influence assessment. To improve the knowledge of the environmental influence assessment in planning , this article introduces the concept and development of planning environmental influence assessment. The importance, methods and assignment of developing planning environment influence assessment in Fuzhou are emphasized based on the general planning. It is not only good for the sustainable development of Fuzhou, but also provide the reference about developing planning environmental influence assessment to other cities.
