摘要
本文通过对我市建筑节能目前的状况及存在的难点,阐述如何加强对建筑节能工作的监督管理及对建筑节能工作的设想。
Analyzing the current situation and existing difficulty on construction energy conservation in the city, the author sets forth how to supervise and manage construction energy resources effectively and brings forward the assumption on the task of construction energy conservation.
