本文从厦门淡水资源现状和水资源利用中存在的问题分析入手,探讨了绿色理念的内涵,系统地介绍了厦门在节约用水工作的成效和探索,以期全力促进环境友好型、资源节约型社会的建设。

This thesis begins with the problem of the existing condition of freshwater resource and its utilization in Amoy. It then discusses meaning of the conception of Green Idea, and introduces comprehensively the accomplishment and originality in the practice of water saving in Amoy, It is the aim that this thesis will contribute to build a resource -conservation, environment -friendly society.
