结合设计企业的实际需求,突破了以纸质文件为主要管理对象的OA软件模式,通过设计单位内外网站的建设,探索勘察设计行业的信息管理系统的共同特点,提高信息化管理水平,达到信息化推进设计行业的节能减排目的。

Combining with the real requirement of designing enterprises, breaking through the OA software pattern which taking the paper document as main management object, through the construction of the designing unit＇s inner and outside website, this paper probes the common characteristic of surveying and designing industry＇s information management system and improving information level in order to achieve the purpose of information which will promote the energy conservation and reducing exhaust for designing industry.
