摘要
分析了花键配合间隙对花键联结失败的影响,结合力学模型量化了冲击力与花键工作面的挤压的关系,并结合实例进一步证实了花键配合的间隙是造成花键联结失败的一个重要因素,为花键联结在设计、制造、安装三个环节减少冲击力提供了理论依据。
This article analyzes the influence of spline matching clearance on spline coupling failure. It uses the dynamic model to quantitize the relationship between wallop and the pressure of spline working face, and takes examples to confirm that spline matching clearance is one of the important factors leading to spline coupling failure. This provides theoretic basis for reducing wallop at the stages of design,producing and installation in spline coupling.
