摘要
目的对过硫酸铵消化法处理尿液、砷铈催化还原法测定碘结果的不确定度进行评定。方法统计分析和量化样品测量过程中的不确定度。结果求得尿碘含量的实验室测定方法标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为2.49μg/L和4.98μg/L。结论找出了影响砷铈催化光度法准确度的主要原因。
Objective To evaluate ammonium persulfate digestion for treating urine and the uncertainty of As^3+ - Ce^4+ catalytic spectrophotometry for determination of urine iodine. Methods The uncertainty in measuring samples was analyzed and quantized. Results The standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty of laboratory testing method were 2.49 μg/L and 4.98 μg/L. Condusions The main reason for affecting the accuracy of As - Ce catalysis spectrophotometry for determination of urine iodine is found out.
