近年来,随着国家《秸秆禁烧和综合利用管理办法》的实施,信阳市秸秆综合利用率已达70%以上。然而,综观信阳市秸秆资源综合利用的现状和存在问题,提出一些行之有效的合理化建议,不仅可以为信阳市及相关粮食主产区未来的秸秆资源回收利用提供新路,同时也将为该区乃至更广领域的经济发展有所帮助。

For recent years,with ＂The Management Formula for Stopping Burning Straws and Comprehensively Utilizing Them＂ being put into practice, the comprehensive utilization rate of straw stalk of Xinyang City has reached to 70%. It can provide new ways to recovering the straw stalk resources of the main grain growing areas and those of Xinyang City, meanwhile, it will also help to develop the economy of Xinyang city and other areas.
