目前硕士研究生就业问题凸显,已引起社会各界的高度重视和关注。从深层次探讨和研究硕士研究生的择业心理及其产生的背景和原因,并有针对性对其不良择业心理提出有效建议,从而建立以个人、学校、家庭、社会相结合的支持系统的干预措施,是解决这一问题的关键所在。

At present, the getting employment of postgraduates is strictly emerging, which has drawn much attention of various social fields. It is the key factor for solving this question to study the employment selecting mentality of the postgraduates and the reasons and backgrounds that cause these questions and in view of such questions to put forward effective proposals, thus set up the systemic obstructing measures supported by individual, school, family and society.
