摘要
民生问题一直是中国各级政府最关注的。眼下，关注民生更成为当前中国经济社会发展的重点问题。而关注民生不应是政府和社会在特定时期，针对一定的社会问题而采取的权宜之计。解决上学难、看病难、住房难，也不应当是政府的临时政策。关注民生就是关注人民福祉。现代国家发展经济，推动社会进步，创造财富的目的就是让个人获得更多的福祉。
The issues concerning people＇s livelihood always attract the highest attention from the Chinese governments at various levels. Nowadays, paying attention to the people＇s livelihood has become the key issue in China＇s current economic and social development. Paying attention to people＇s livelihood should not consist of temporary measures adopted by the government in a particular period to deal with some social issues. Solving people＇s difficulties in education, medical treatment and housing should not be temporary policies implemented by the government. Paying attention to people＇s livelihood means paying attention to people＇s happiness.
