青岛旅游地产起步较晚
青岛有着得天独厚的旅游资源，飞速发展的经济，给旅游地产的发展奠定了基础。但旅游地产的开发直到2000年前后才正式发展起来，那时的青岛房地产行业对旅游地产还没有很深刻的了解和定义。也许是发展的阶段还未达到，也许是市场竞争还未体现出多种地产运作形式。当时位于崂山区的干禧龙苑酒店式公寓和位于即墨温泉的系列度假产品开启了青岛旅游地产的序章。
From the strategic goal of building up a ＂Sailing City＂, it can be found the tourism products of Qingdao are concentrated on the natural landscape. The ＂sea view＂ resources have become the theme of most real estate development projects. Previously the tourism real estate development in Qingdao counted on the rare resources of land and sea view. Nowadays, the consumers do not buy real estate only for housing.
