电导率在白杨杂种无性系耐旱性鉴定中的应用 被引量:39

摘要 以白杨杂种无性系为材料,测定了离体叶片相对电导率及干旱胁迫下叶片相对电导率和电导率极值的动态变化,并对无性系的耐旱能力进行了比较鉴定。结果表明,叶片离体后,相对电导率呈现S型变化;在干旱胁迫下,叶片相对电导率和电导率极值均表现出提高趋势。用3种测定方法对无性系耐旱性鉴定的结果基本一致:B432和B430耐旱能力较强,毛白杨表现较差。 Using the hybrid clones of white poplar as materials,the dynamics of relative conductance rate of the leaves, and the dynamics of relative conductance rate and the extreme value of conductance of the clones under drought stress were determined.Based on the determinations the drought resistance of the clones were comparatively evaluated.After detached from the plants the variation in relative conductance of the leaves appeared sigmoid.For the leaves of the droughted plants both the relative conductance rate and the extreme value of conductance showed a increasing trend.The droughtresistance ability of the clones was appraised by the three methods and the results of appraisal with the three methods showed no difference.B432 and B430 were more droughtresistant than P.tomentosa .
