摘要
目的:探讨多层螺旋CT肝脏肝动脉三期扫描强化特点。方法:将20例健康人在多层螺旋CT平扫的基础上,行动脉三期扫描,观察腹主动脉、肝动脉、脾动脉、门静脉、肝实质、脾实质的强化特点。结果:腹主动脉在动脉三期强化CT值分别为(143.97±65.46)Hu、(223.03±37.64)Hu、(232.91±47.70)Hu;肝动脉在动脉三期强化CT值分别为(72.19±46.83)Hu、(136.42±39.54)Hu、(155.59±32.77)Hu;脾动脉在动脉三期强化CT值分别为(81.39±44.09)Hu、(168.71±36.72)Hu、(179.18±34.78)Hu;门静脉在动脉三期强化CT值分别为(3.60±1.59)Hu、(22.38±5.41)Hu、(59.26±7.54)Hu;肝实质在动脉三期强化CT值分别为(2.01±0.25)Hu,(5.12±1.21)Hu,(11.93±2.35)Hu;脾实质在动脉三期强化的CT值分别为(20.77±27.29)Hu、(51.09±35.39)Hu、(73.32±30.67)Hu。结论:肝脏动脉三期扫描均能很好的反映肝脾实质及其血管的强化特点。
Objective: To explore the features of triphasic enhancement with miltii-slice helical CT (MSCT) of hepatic artery. Methods: Triphasie MSCT of abdominal arteries were perform in 20 healthy individuals, in addition to conventional MSCT, to identify the features of enhancement in abdominal aorta, hepatic artery, spleen artery, portal vein, hepatic parenehyma and splenic parenehyma. Results: The enhanced arterial CT values (early, middle and late phases) were (143.97±65.46) Hu,(223.03±37.64) Hu and (232.91±47.70) Hu for abdominal aorta; (72.19±46.83) Hu, (136.42±39.54) Hu and (155.59±32.77) Hu for hepatic artery; (81.39±44.09) Hu, (168.71±36.72) Hu and (179.18±34.78) Hu for splenic artery; (3.60±1.59) Hu,(22.38±5.41) Hu and (59.26±7.54) Hu for portal vein;(2.01±0.25) Hu, (5.12±1.21) Hu and (11.93±2.35) Hu forhepatie parenchyma; (20.77±27.29) Hu, (51.09±35.39) Hu and (73.32±30.67) Hu for splenic parenchyma. Conclusion: Triphasic MSCT may be useful to delineate the features of enhancement in hepatic and splenic parenehyma, including their blood vessels.
