摘要 目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定醋酸氯己定栓的含量。方法:以依利特Hypersil BDS-C18(5μm,4.6mm×250mm)为分析柱;0.02mol/L磷酸二氢钾(含0.3%三乙胺,用磷酸调pH至2.5)-乙晴(70:30)为流动相;流速为1.0ml/min;检测波长为259nm;柱温为室温;用外标法对其进行定量。结果:醋酸氯己定的浓度在10~70μg/ml范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,回归方程为:A=53.8923×C-15.3636,r=1.000,平均回收率为99.72%,RSD为1.11%(n=6)。结论:本方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于醋酸氯己定栓的含量测定。 Objective:A HPLC menthod was established for the determination of Chlorhexidine Acetate Suppositories. Methods:Yilite Hypersil BDS-C18(5μm,4.6mm)〈 250mm) column was used. The mobile phase was the mixture of 0. 02mol/L Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphat (Conten 0. 3% Trirthylamine, adjusted to pH2.5 with Phosphoric Acid)- Acetonitrile(70:30) ; The flow rate was 1.0mL ·min^-1; The detection wavelength was 259nm. and the temperature of the column was the ambient temperature. The standard curve method was used for the quantitative detution of Isoprenaline hydrochloride. Results :The standard curve for Isoprenaline hydrochloride was linear in the range of 10μg/ml -70μg/ml. Regression equation: A=53. 8923C-15. 3636,r=1. 000. The recoveries was 99. 72% ,RSD(%)was 1.11 (n= 6). Conclusion:The method is easy, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the determination of Isopre- naline hydrochloride injection.
