摘要
采用超声波振动的方法制备出了理想的半固态AZ61镁合金浆料。文中针对制备过程中的工艺参数对半固态AZ61镁合金组织的影响进行了分析,同时对超声波作用下半固态AZ61镁合金的成形过程进行了理论研究。结果发现:当超声导入温度、超声处理时间和超声输出功率分别控制在605℃、60 s和900 W时,平均等效直径达到46.2μm,圆整度趋近于1,获得了细小、均匀的球状半固态AZ61镁合金浆料。
The semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy has been prepared by ultrasonic stirring. The effects of technological parameters on the microstructure of semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy have been analyzed. Meanwhile. the preparation process of semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy by ultrasonic stirring has also been studied in theory. The results show that when the melt temperature, the ultrasonic treatment time and the output power of ultrasonic stirring are 605 ℃, 60 s and 900 W, respectively, the average equivalent diameter of the slurry reaches 46.2 μm and the shape factors approach to 1. Thus, the refined and well-distributed globular semi-solid AZ61 magnesium alloy slurry can be prepared.
