摘要
根据球墨铸铁的凝固特性,通过严格控制化学成分,选择合适的金属型涂料和采取必要的铸件出型缓冷措施,能够获得所希望的金相组织和力学性能,并有效地提高金属型使用寿命。该工艺无公害,节省材料,工人劳动强度低,铸造尺寸精度高,能耗低,出品率高,力学性能好,为今后机械化生产提供了条件。
The ductile cast iron camshafts were trial produced by using metal mould. Results showed that the desired microstructure and mechanical properties could be gained through controlling strictly chemical composition selecting appropriate coating and decreasing cooling rate of the castings based on the solidification characteristics of ductile cast iron, and that the service life of the metal mould was also prolonged remarkably. The technique has advantages of friendly environment, material-saving, lower labor intensity, high dimensional accuracy and energy saving, and at the same time the castings also have good mechanical properties, this make possible the mechanization production in the future.
