摘要 为实现移动通信中滤波器的小型化、高品质化的要求,利用Ansoft HFSS软件,采用LTCC湿法工艺,设计和制作了中心频率为2.45 GHz,带宽为100 MHz的叠层带通滤波器。最终加工得到了满足蓝牙模块要求的滤波器样品,与仿真结果比较,二者一致性良好。 In order to meet the miniature requirement and high quality in mobile communication, a bandpass filter was designed and optimized by Ansoft HFSS. The filter was made by LTCC wet tape technology. Finally, the prototype which can be used in blue-tooth device was manufactured and its characteristics match very well with simulated results.
