试论学校职业指导工作的开展与推动

On the Promotion of Vocational Guidance Work in Schools

随着扩招和社会对毕业生提出要求的提高,毕业生就业难已成为社会普遍关注的问题。如何开展和推动学校的职业指导工作也成为各个学校共同关注的难题。在职业指导内容的基础上,分析了目前职业指导工作中存在的问题,着重提出了推动和开展学校职业指导工作的对策和建议。

With enrollment extension and higher requirements for graduates, difficult employment of graduates has received widespread attention in the society. How to promote vocational guidance work in schools has become a common concern for various schools. On the basis ＇of vocational guidance contents, this paper analyses existing problems and offers some countermeasures and suggestions.
